Tuesday Treats - Shake & (Not) Bake


I am almost through with week two of my new diet plan, and it's going great. Unfortunately, that means I don't have a lot of Tuesday Treats ideas.  I've replaced breakfast and lunch with a meal replacement shake and some vitamins, and it's working our better than I could have anticipated. 

My favorite shake uses the Wild Berry shake protein powder, a cup of orange juice, some pineapple chunks, banana slices and frozen strawberries. YUMMY! 

And, I splurged (actually, it was a $20 deal at JC Penney, which makes it even better) on this great shake blender that I love, love, love. It's a Magic Bullet knock-off, and I don't know how I've lived 30 years without one!
